Universal Constructions, a licensed contractor specialising in Industrial and Commercial construction, has been a beacon of quality since its inception by Mackenzie (Mac) Mitchell in 1952.
With a rich history spanning decades as a revered building contractor, contributing to a myriad of high-quality commercial developments, we proudly showcase a portfolio that reflects both diversity and depth, encompassing over 500 successful projects in Western Australia.

We strictly adhere to national and state construction codes, hold Department of Finance pre-qualification (Level 5 – Complex), and actively participate in the Master Builders Association of WA.
